OUR STORY
We began as Hopes Bridge, a child placement organization. After years of helping children find homes, we felt called back to the heart of our mission: walking alongside kinship and adoptive families.
Today, we focus on equipping parents, supporting siblings, and providing the education and resources families need to thrive. By strengthening families, we keep children out of state custody and in loving homes.
